Reported Crop Circles for the State of New York -

Marion, Wayne County (October 21, 1999)

Appeared in the same field, in nearly the same spot, as the 1997 formation. This approximately 90' formation had a 24' diameter ring with a 20' long pathway connecting to a 27' diameter circle with a 23' long curved pathway ('comma') leading to a small 6' diameter circle at the end. A 6' diameter 'grapeshot' circle off to one side. All circles were swirled counter-clockwise. A local power failure was reported around the estimated time of formation. E-M effects reported in the formation.
